ON-FARM ORDERS ARE PACKED MONDAY-WEDNESDAY EACH WEEK. ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THIS WINDOW WILL BE PACKED THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK, UNLESS YOU HEAR DIRECTLY FROM US. WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PACKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RECEIPT THAT YOUR CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED (THIS IS SEPARATE FROM THE INITIAL "ESTIMATE" YOU RECEIVE IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER). -

All orders must be placed by Monday at 5 p.m. for home delivery and pick-up at the farm that week. All orders received after Monday at 5 p.m. will be fulfilled the following week. This gives us time to coordinate products from our partner farms and pack your orders.
Farm Pickup Guidelines
- Order online at snugvalleyfarm.com.
- Pay online. (at this time we are not accepting cash but we will accept check)
- We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup and will coordinate a time with you.
- We will place your order in a clean, sanitized cooler for pickup without face-to-face interaction.
SAFETY PROTOCOL NOTE: Please wear a mask when picking up your order, sanitize your hands before and after your pickup, and please do not enter any outbuildings or walk-in freezers.
If you do not see your Vermont town listed in the delivery zones but would prefer home delivery, please email us at info@snugvalleyfarm.com and we will see if we can figure out a way to make an order work.
